That is good news. From everything I've read, Dingle seems like a nice enough guy, but too beholden to the auto industry. This can't help but be a step in the right direction. Hopefully, Waxman will bring the same kind of zeal he brought to investigating the Bush Administration (even if not a whole lot came of it) to his new assignment.
